Requirements:
Candidates should have 6 months training completion
in Internal Medicine/General Surgery/Gynae. Or 1 year
Full time training in subject mentioned before after
Internee training.

Procedure:
Application form may be obtained directly from Sir
Salimullah Medical College on cash payment of tk1000.00
(non refundable).
Required
Documents:
Applicants have to submit all attested certificates
including MBBS/BMDC/Current Employment/SSC and also
submit 1 copy resume & 3 copies of recent attested
photograph.
Notes:
a) Age of the applicants should not exceed 45 years
on 30 June 2008
b) Candidates who enrolled in any course cannot apply.
c) Candidates in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous
Institute must apply through proper channel. A permission
letter also submits for advance application.
