Applications are invited for the Mexican Govt. Scholarships
The Embassy of Mexico presents its compliments to
the High Commission for
The People’s Republic of Bangladesh and has
the honor to enclose herewith
the call for applications for Mexican Government Scholarships
for" Foreigners
2010 under the Bilateral Exchange Programs.
This year the registration to apply for a scholarship
will be conducted online
Through the following website.. www.becas.sre qob.mx
A special link will be
activated from 1sth July to 15rh August 20C9. Each
applicant should register
through this mean and, if approved, all the correspondent
documents should
be submitted to this Embassy up to 31" August
2009.
A
brief summary of the Bilateral Exchange Program is
presented below:
1.
The number of scholarships for Bangladesh nationals
is one including the
extension of scholarships from the previous year.
2
.The scholarships are offered to undertake post graduate
studies, Masters Degree, Research and investigation,
Doctoral and Post Doctoral stays.
3.
The Scholarships are not offered for studies in dentistry
plastic surgery
Marketing, accountancy, Public relations and business
administration.
4.
The candidates must have a score of eight on a scale
of zero to ten or
Equivalent.
5.
Since the medium of instruction is Spanish, it is
mandatory for all the
applicants to speak the language. However-, in certain
exceptional cases the
Government of Mexico may waive this pre-requisite
co the condition that the
student agrees to attend a six month's course in basic
Spanish prior to
attending the course for which the scholarship is
granted.
6.
The air travel Dhaka-Mexico-Dhaka must be covered
by the respective
candidate unless, otherwise specified.
7.
Once the candidate has been nominated by the Pre-selection
committee
And approved by the Ministry of Foreign affairs of
Mexico she/he will be
Granted’ the finial scholarship only on the
condition that she/he submits the
letter of acceptance by the last date i.e. 18th September
2010.
8.
The letter- of acceptance must be duly signed by the
Director or other
concerned authority of any one of the Mexican academic
institutes
Participating in the 2010 programs. The letter must
mention the degree and the subject of studies as well
as the duration of the course.
Enclose
herewith is one CD with the electronic version of
the Mexican
Government Scholarships for Foreigners 2009 in both
Spanish and English
versions.
The
Embassy request the High commission for the Pecple's
Republic of
Banglaciesh to bring the information to the of the
all universities, institutions
and persons interested studying in Mexico.
The
Embassy of Mexico avails it self of the opportunity
