Duration: 3 Semesters
Requirements:
Candidates should have D.V.M or M.B.B.S Degree with
GPA 3.0 from 4.0 or GPA 4.0 from 5.0 and Minimum B
grade or equivalent number in related subject. Minimum
3 credit studying in related subject for D.V.M or
equivalent course.

Application form may be obtained directly from Register
Office, Chittagong Veterinary & Animal Science
University on cash payment of tk.500/- in Janata Bank,
Mohila Branch, O R Nizam Road, Ac No-531. Application
form also may obtained by post be sending a stamp
of tk.10/- and bank-draft of tk.500/- and return envelope
of size (5*11) inch. Filled up application form should
reach to the Register Office, Chittagong Veterinary
& Animal Science University on or before 30 June,
2008

a) All certificate and Mark sheet (Attested)
b) Photo 03 copies (Attested).
Notes:
a) Supervisor Signature or Acceptance letter will
be attached with application form.
b) Incomplete and false information (whenever detected)
will be the cause of rejection.
