Kamaluddin Ahmed distinguished Graduate Scholarship
for Doctoral Studies in Biochemistry at University
of Wisconsin Madison, USA
Requirements:
Candidates should have a B.Sc. Honors (1st Class)
and M.Sc. (1st Class) in biotechnology. Molecular
biology, microbiology, chemistry or molecular Engineering
Application
Requirements:
The Scholarship will cover tuition fees, living expenses
and air fare from Bangladesh. The Application deadline
for submission the preliminary application is Jul
y 15,2009, through application are requested to submit
their application as soon as possible. The preliminary
application consists of the following

Candidates application form (all items must be completed)
- Attested copies of Your BSc and MSc marksheets.
- A statement of purpose written in English (Maximum
length 3 pages single side) answering as follows question:
(A) Your Background- Personal History (tell us something
to help us know you as a person)
(B) Why are you interested in pursuing a PhD in biochemistry?
What kind of Professional life you like?
(C) What are your research interests and experience?
(D) Have you participated any social service activities?

List of four reference: at least three of whom must
be professors you have studied
Under (Provide Name, title, address, Phone Number,
and if available email and fax number of each reference)
- GRE and TOFEL examination: Please provide the photocopy
of test results. (if already taken)
Please
note that applicants who have not already taken these
examination must take the test no later than August
